Managing Partner Randolph DeLong is an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA), South Florida Business Aviation Association (SFBAA) and is certified with Senior Member status with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Randy is also a noted lecturer, author of aviation technical and appraisal reports and one of a select group of senior aircraft appraisers designated by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

Joseph Zulueta is an active and visible member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and National Business Aircraft Association(NBAA). Joe has been certified with Senior Member status with the Washington D.C. - based American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He also holds full accreditation for Aircraft and Engine Technical Valuations, including general aviation, corporate, regional and commercial jet transport categories.
